Building an inclusive future where everyone belongs.
ANDY is a disability-led organization working to remove the barriers that prevent children, youth, and adults with disabilities from reaching their full potential. Because disability should never determine how far someone can go.
Inclusion starts with opportunity
Across Kenya, disability continues to be one of the leading causes of exclusion. Too many children are denied quality education, too many young people struggle to access employment, and too many families navigate life without the support, services, or opportunities they deserve.
Today, an estimated 0.9 million Kenyans live with a disability, many facing barriers that limit their participation in education, employment, healthcare, leadership, and community life.
Founded on the belief that disability is not inability, we work alongside persons with disabilities, families, communities, governments, and development partners to create practical, lasting solutions. From classrooms and sports fields to climate action, entrepreneurship, and community leadership, we are building pathways that enable persons with disabilities to learn, work, lead, and thrive.
