Transforming potential into opportunity.
Through inclusive sport, leadership, digital skills, entrepreneurship, and mentorship, ANDY empowers children and young people with disabilities to unlock opportunities, achieve economic independence, and lead meaningful lives.
Sport creates more than athletes
For many young persons with disabilities, opportunities to participate in sport remain limited by inaccessible facilities, stigma, inadequate coaching, and a lack of investment in disability-inclusive programmes. Yet the greatest barrier often lies beyond the playing field: limited access to education, employability skills, professional networks, and economic opportunities.
At ANDY, we see sport differently. Every training session, tournament, and mentorship programme is an opportunity to develop leadership, strengthen confidence, improve wellbeing, build career pathways, and unlock livelihoods. Through partnerships with schools, technical institutions, employers, sports organisations, and communities, we are creating an ecosystem where sport becomes a platform for lifelong opportunity.

Six ways sport opens doors
Inclusive Community Sport
We create safe and inclusive sporting environments where children, adolescents, and young people with disabilities can participate, compete, and develop their talents regardless of ability.
Talent Development & Elite Pathways
We identify and nurture sporting talent while creating pathways for athletes to progress from community participation to national and international competition through structured coaching, mentorship, and competitive opportunities.
Livelihoods Through Sport
We integrate entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital skills, employability training, and career mentorship to prepare young people with disabilities for sustainable economic opportunities both within and beyond the sports sector.
Health, Wellbeing & Mental Resilience
We combine structured physical activity with mentorship and psychosocial support to help young people develop the life skills, confidence, teamwork, and resilience needed to thrive.
Leadership & Social Inclusion
We use sport to build confident leaders who challenge stereotypes, advocate for disability rights, and inspire more inclusive schools, workplaces, and communities.
Inclusive Events & Advocacy
Through tournaments, sports festivals, awareness campaigns, and community events, we promote disability inclusion, celebrate diversity, and demonstrate the power of sport to bring communities together.
Creating pathways beyond the playing field
Our Sport for Development programmes are transforming lives by expanding access to inclusive sport, strengthening employability, developing future leaders, and connecting talented athletes with opportunities at national and international levels.
