Empowering young people with disabilities to make informed choices.
Accessible, age-appropriate, and disability-inclusive sexual and reproductive health education, delivered with dignity.
A basic right, too often denied
Access to sexual and reproductive health information is a basic right, yet young people with disabilities are often excluded due to stigma, inaccessible information, and limited inclusive services. This leaves them without the knowledge needed to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.
The SRHR and Menstrual Hygiene Management Programme addresses these gaps by providing accessible, age-appropriate, and disability-inclusive education. Working with schools, caregivers, health providers, and communities, ANDY creates safe spaces where adolescents can learn, ask questions, and exercise their rights with dignity.

Our approach
Inclusive SRHR Education
Accessible, age-appropriate learning on puberty, reproductive health, consent, healthy relationships, and personal hygiene.
Menstrual Hygiene Management
Practical demonstrations and education on menstrual products while promoting dignity, confidence, and informed choices.
Safe Spaces for Adolescents
Inclusive platforms where young people with disabilities can ask questions, share experiences, and receive peer and psychosocial support.
Teacher and Caregiver Capacity Building
Equipping adults with the knowledge and practical skills to support learners with disabilities throughout adolescence.
Research and Advocacy
Generating evidence that informs policy, strengthens programming, and advances disability-inclusive reproductive health services.
Strengthening Inclusive Health Systems
Working alongside government, schools, health facilities, and disability organisations to improve access to inclusive SRHR services.
